TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings are subject to the following conditions
Information & Prices
The information on our web site is put together many months before you go
on holiday and as far as we are aware all information is correct
at the time of printing. However, certain points may change after
the brochure and web site has been completed. If there are any significant
changes or we find errors have been made we will advise you of the
correct and latest information at the time of booking. If you have
already made a booking we will endeavor to inform you of any changes
as soon as possible.
Booking & Payment for Your Holiday
When you book your holiday you are required to pay either the deposit
of £100 per week, or if your booking is 8 weeks or less to
the date booked you are required to pay for the holiday cost in
full. You must be 18 years or over at the time of booking and be
present on the holiday for its entire duration.
A confirmed booking and contract will exist between us only when
Trio Holidays receives the completed written booking form
and required deposit from the hirer.
As soon as all your requirements have been confirmed we will issue
an invoice confirming the holiday details and cost. Please check
your invoice carefully and call us immediately if you have any queries.
If you wish to cancel your booking with returnable deposit, you
must notify us within 7 days of the date shown on the invoice. (This
does not apply to bookings confirmed within 8 weeks of departure)
Trio Holidays must receive full payment from the
hirer within 8 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise we have the right
to cancel the holiday booking with loss of the deposit.
All bookings are accepted at the discretion of Trio Holidays.

a refund for unused accommodation if insufficient time has been
allowed for traveling or you have broken down.

Sometimes facilities described in the brochure will be withdrawn
for reasons such as maintenance, bad weather or lack of demand at
the discretion of the camp site owner. Some facilities may only
